Geologist/GIS Analyst

Engda joined Kenex in August 2022. He recently graduated with Master of Philosophy in Geology from University of Auckland, where he integrated geological data, potential field data (gravity and magnetic) and rock physical data to understand the structural and tectonic controls on Au-Ag Epithermal mineralization in the Coromandel Volcanic Zone (CVZ), New Zealand. He also received a Masters degree in geoinformation and Earth Resource Exploration from ITC, University of Twente, The Netherlands. He worked for several exploration companies in Ethiopia for more than six years as an exploration geologist engaged in geological mapping and data integration. He is passionate and excited to applying his theoretical knowledge and practical skills to Kenex projects.
