Nat Carey

Nat joined the Kenex team in October 2011, after completing a BSc from Victoria University, majoring in Geology. He is currently focussing on managing the tenement and administration side of client's exploration projects, working closely with the government regulators such as New Zealand Petroleum & Minerals and other agencies, to ensure that progress is maintained along with compliance. This includes liaising with permit holders, legislative departments, land holders and investors to understand their perspectives and bring these together to progress exploration. Nat is also involved in overseas exploration projects, project generation, data capture and market research.
Outside of Kenex, Nat works part-time for a local church, and enjoys anything outdoors, especially surfing and snowboarding. He is married to Minnie and he's the father of Levi, their young toddler.
