Financial & NZ Office Manager


Liz is our Finance and NZ Office Manager responsible for Kenex New Zealand and Australia. She has significant business and leadership skills built through 15 years in real estate and financial accounting. Working with all members of the Kenex team and all aspects of the business, both internal and external. Liz is a true Eastbourne local, having grown up and been educated in the area. Liz loves to travel and her favourite pastime is horse riding


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Certification in Business Studies Accounting 
  • Over 15 years experience in Real Estate and financial accounting

 Job Role at Kenex:


  • Financial Reporting for three companies Kenex Ltd, Kenex Knowledge Systems Ltd and Kenex Pty Ltd.
  • Financial Statements, tax obligations, maintaining cash flows and accounts payable and receivable systems.
  • Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that Kenex's finances are maintained in an accurate and timely reports. 
  • Payroll and personnel administration.
  • Board meeting attendance and minuting.
  • Conference registration and travel arrangements.
  • Kenex social events coordinator.
